Debora (Debi) is the principal of the Bridges Media Group with clients ranging from tourism, luxury resorts, spas and golf courses, to restaurants, health care, retail and entertainment districts. Her diverse and successful background of more than 22 years of marketing, media buying, strategic ad campaigns, communications, and copy writing. She has served as spokesperson on forums that impact area tourism and hosted familiarization groups, writers and editors from around the world. She also has a valuable in-house perspective as Director of Marketing/Public Relations for The Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa in Phoenix; Boulders Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, and Kahala Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hawaii. Debora holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. Julia is talented marketing professional with experience in strategic planning, media buying, website development and implementation of integrated communication programs. Her experience spans from hospitality, tourism to restaurants and real estate through her agency experience at Tracey-Locke/BBDO, GSD&M, Evans Hardy + Young and E.B. Lane. She was a key contributor in the campaign development for RockResorts and recognized by the industry with three HSMAI awards and brand ads, direct mail and collateral. Clients included Vail Resorts, Phoenix Convention & Visitors Bureau, Hewlett-Packard, Fannie Mae Corporation, and Pearl Vision. She was also the Marketing Director for Eddie V’s Restaurants, Inc., Marketing Manager for US Airways, Director of Communications for Enchantment Group Spas & Resorts and Arizona Biltmore Resort. Julia holds a BBA degree from Texas A&M University.
One of the leaders in social media marketing and public relations for the past ten years, Lindsey’s client activities span from overseeing twelve specialty restaurants in the southwest region, to retail center openings and cultural events. Early in her career she handled celebrity endorsements for animated movies, video games and television shows for the William Morris Agency in Los Angeles. Later, she headed the special projects team at In Style magazine in NYC. Prior to returning to Arizona, she served as account executive at The Dart Group New York where she was responsible for movie publicity projects, pre-screenings with movie critics and all media relations. A strategically focused and highly respected communications professional, her extensive knowledge in the social media arena includes creation, concepting and everyday activities for Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest. An Arizona native, Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Communications degree from Arizona State University.
Nick Couturier-Interactive Marketing Manager

Caryn has an extensive background in public relations and marketing and her experience spans from feature writing, copywriting, and marketing collateral. She most recently served as Director of Public Relations for a Florida-based advertising agency where she built a full-service public relations and event marketing department which included clients in the luxury travel, real estate, health care and financial services fields. Prior to that, Caryn spent several years with a leading luxury travel PR firm in New York City where her clients included Regent International Hotels, Savoy Hotels and Carefree Resorts, among others. Her career started with a boutique travel marketing firm in Florida specializing in destination marketing. Caryn holds a B.A. in Communications from Florida State University.

Early in her career, Dena traveled the globe as a freelance journalist writing culinary, fitness, wellness and hospitality. This unique combination of journalist and publicist has enabled her to see things from both the PR perspective and the journalist’s perspective enabling her to craft messages that immediately resonates with the media. Her successful placements include Forbes.com, FoxNews.com and CNN radio, and numerous magazine, newspaper and online sites throughout the U.S. and Canada. Dena graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in mass communications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
William's background includes a broad range of marketing management, project development/management, strategic planning, business development, and destination/experiential marketing. He has served as Creative Director for Phoenix-based marketing agencies, including Knoodle Agency and Moses Anshell and he was the Head Writer for the Santy Agency. Early in his career, William was the Principal for Slippery Deck Creative in Seattle, Washington, and the Creative Director for Kokusai Kokoku Seisaku in Tokyo, Japan. He studied International Relations at Waseda University in Japan and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University.
Mark specializes in writing, concepting, creative direction and branding. His extensive background includes all-inclusive media campaigns that have a distinctive and engaging twist. He was the Vice President of Creative Services for the Martz Agency, for five years. Earlier, he was the Associate Creative Director for E.B. Lane Agency and Drackett & Lavidge Agency, respectively, for 11 years. Marks hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism from Ohio University.
With over 15 years of experience, Ryan is an accomplished graphic artist specializing in both print and online. His extensive work includes initial branding, strategic marketing campaigns and product signage design. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Arizona with an emphasis on Visual Communications.
Eric is a seasoned graphic designer and creative director that is considered to be an expert in his field. His extensive background includes overseeing the design and implementation of websites, collateral materials, print advertisements and exhibitions. He has held the position of Senior Graphic Designer at the Heard Museum, and Creative Manager at the Musical Instrument Museum. He has done work for Bentley Gallery, LifeLock, Medicis, M&M Mars, Alliance Residential and Hubbard Swim School.
